Job summary

Hand & Stone Franchise Corp is seeking a front-desk associate to support membership sales and guest services at our Sandy Springs location. You will greet clients, answer phones, book appointments, and assist with selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades. A friendly, professional presence is essential.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate files, and promoting massage therapy benefits. Weekend availability is required to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Zenoti (training provided) and basic accounting principles.
