Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lakeland, FL is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding spa experience. You’ll assist guests, learn the full service menu, and drive membership sales with an energetic, friendly approach.

We offer flexible shifts, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment. Compensation includes hourly wages plus commissions, with opportunities for advancement and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be 18 years old or older.
• Be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Sell Gift Cards and Spa Services.
• Detail knowledge of the menu of services and training will be provided.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
• Capable of working flexible hours.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
