Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, a national franchise, is seeking a Sales Associate at our Lakeland, FL location. You will be the key link in delivering an outstanding customer experience and will learn the full spa menu and products.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Sell Gift Cards and Spa Services.
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – train you!
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships.
Capable of working flexible hours.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform various other duties as assigned
