Responsabilités

• Meet membership sales goals and targets.
• Achieve performance-based goals such as conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events to clients, and drive attendance.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform other duties as assigned.
