Hand & Stone Reston is seeking Sales Associates to join our team. The role focuses on meeting membership sales goals, educating clients about services, and delivering an excellent customer experience through phone, appointment setting, and in-person interactions.

The position offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission with top performers earning additional commission per hour. Flexible weekend/weekday hours and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance-based goals (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales)
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide an excellent customer experience through calls, appointments, greetings, and sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
