• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales.
