Job summary

Hand & Stone Alexandria is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team and drive membership sales. You will engage guests, answer calls, book appointments, and educate clients on the service menu while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role features an uncapped commission structure on membership sales and a base hourly rate commensurate with experience, with scheduling that includes weekends and holidays to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Provide an excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greetings, and membership sales/management.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
