• Meet membership sales goals. Compensation includes an hourly base plus commissions on memberships. Full and part-time positions available, with one weekend shift required.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our service menu.
• Provide excellent customer service, building lasting connections.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks.
