Job summary

Massage Envy Avon/Plainfield is hiring for full-time and part-time roles. The team emphasizes exceptional guest service, Total Body Care education, and client relationship growth. Compensation starts at $13 per hour with commissions, plus health, retirement, and wellness benefits.

A 90-day review can raise to $14 per hour with quarterly increases. Training and a free monthly service are included. Employees enjoy a 401(k), PTO for full-time staff, and a flexible schedule designed for work-life

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest relations.
• Knowledge of massage or skincare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
