Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Brunswick, NJ seeks a friendly Sales Associate to greet guests, answer phones, book appointments and guide clients to the right membership. It’s a front-desk role focused on service and sales, with full training provided.

No spa experience is required—customer service, retail or hospitality backgrounds are welcome. You’ll earn $17/hour to start, plus commissions on memberships and gift cards, with potential raises and a company-match 401(k) plan.

As a Sales Associate, you're the first face our clients see and the reason they come back. You greet guests, answer phones, book appointments, explain our services, and help people find the membership that fits their life. It's a front-desk role at heart, but really it's about taking care of people - and turning great service into memberships.

No spa experience needed - if you've worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality, you've got the foundation. We'll train you on the rest.

What you'll do

Pay and benefits

• $17/hour to start, with raises as you grow
• $10-$35 commission per membership sold
• An extra $2/hour for each membership sold when you sell 12 memberships in two weeks
