Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Guest Experience & Membership Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and help grow our membership community. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and introduce guests to membership options and services.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, upselling gift cards and upgrades, and supporting retention through friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale.
