Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service in hotel or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous guest service at front desk.
• Greet guests and conduct check-in/out efficiently.
• Explain property and spa offerings clearly.
• Monitor guest needs and fulfill requests promptly.
• Work as part of a proactive team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Handle cash, deposits, and POS transactions and reports.
