Job summary

Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is seeking a Part-Time Spa Receptionist to professionally welcome resort and day spa guests, book services, and assist with memberships. You will greet guests, inform them of offerings, and drive sales at the spa and gift shop with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role requires strong guest service, basic computer/data entry skills, and the ability to multitask across desk duties and front-desk activities. Weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• MUST be able to work up to eight hours or another shift length with weekend/holiday flexibility.
• MUST have strong guest service skills and remain positive with guests and staff.
• MUST have strong computer skills including data entry and internet knowledge.
• MUST be multi-task oriented with good time management, prioritizing as needed.
• Presents a professional image; must be well groomed and neatly dressed in the issued uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest service by greeting, informing, and assisting guests and scheduling services.
• Give full spa tours and assist in membership sales when necessary.
• Greet guests entering the hospitality and retail areas promptly and pleasantly.
• Check voicemail lines regularly and return calls within SHRS standards (two hours).
• Know resort services well to direct inquiries for the best guest experience.
• Process payments, discounts, and refunds for services and products in SpaSoft.
