Job summary

Newport Harbor Island Resort in Newport, RI is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, book appointments, process payments, and support the spa team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, excellent communication, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Basic computer skills are required, and sales experience is a plus as you may promote spa products and services.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software.
• Sales experience is a plus.
