The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Concierge to warmly greet guests, guide them through our signature Woodhouse experience, and ensure a seamless visit from arrival to departure.

Role emphasizes personal attention, clear communication, and attentiveness to guest preferences, birthdays, and special details, with opportunities for growth within our nationwide luxury spa network.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to educate guests about the Woodhouse experience and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal attention from guest arrival to departure.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, locker room, amenities, and seamless experience.
• Answer the phone with a smile consistently.
• Serve as brand ambassador with a clean, welcoming environment and ambience.
• Remember guest preferences and details to deliver personalized service.
• Back up leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

More Specifically, Our Fabulous Spa Concierge

• Provides personal attention from the moment the guest walks though the door until the moment they leave
• Educates our guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, you always make sure things are running smoothly
