The Woman’s Locker Room Receptionist is responsible for greeting, supporting, and ensuring members' needs are addressed in a timely manner. This individual will be the first point of contact for members and will partner with multiple departments to ensure concerns are handled efficiently.

Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus 5% commission. This role is considered entry-level.

Schedule:
Monday: 2:00-8:00pm
Wednesday: 2:30-8:00pm
Saturday: 6:45am-2:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to needs within the locker room and collaborate with other departments to address them.
  • Assist members with locker rentals and amenities.
  • Help members book spa appointments and purchase products.
  • Answer phone inquiries and schedule service appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Multitask effectively to complete job duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Availability to work various shifts and holidays, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, lifting, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
