Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Spa Receptionist for Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn. As the first point of contact, you will welcome clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a clean, professional lobby.

You will greet clients, handle payments, assist with retail and gift certificates, and support therapists by coordinating room readiness. This seasonal/full-time role requires strong customer service and multitasking, including weekends and holidays.

LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn

CLASSIFICATION: Full Time/Seasonal/Hourly

POSITION: The Spa Receptionist is responsible for initial customer interactions, including answering calls and emails, welcoming clients to the spa, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that lobby facilities are presented in a clean and professional manner.
