Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. The role requires a friendly, guest-focused professional with hospitality excellence and a passion for service.

duties include creating welcoming experiences, handling bookings, and maintaining cleanliness/sanitation standards while supporting spa therapists and attendants in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service industry experience and spa coordination, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
• Flexible schedule- availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests from the moment they walk in the door.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to accommodating special requests.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in scheduling and the spa booking system to ensure maximum sales potential and guest/employee satisfaction.
• Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed.
