Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Part-Time AM Laundry Attendant to join our luxury housekeeping team. You will clean, press, sort, and organize resort linens, handle guest requests, and maintain a safe, efficient laundry area while delivering service excellence.

We value a genuine, caring hospitality approach, with 1+ years in service and flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service industry experience and housekeeping.
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move around the laundry area for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean, press, sort, and organize resort linens.
• Complete guest dry‑cleaning and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laundry work area.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail—every item matters.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and multitask effectively during busy periods.
• Solve problems in a calm, professional manner.

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others

What would you bring to the table?

• 1+ years of service industry experience and Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Passion for cleanliness and organization
• Flexible schedule- availability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move around the laundry area for the entire shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery in a hot, fast-paced environment
