Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Part-Time AM Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team in a luxury setting. You will clean, press, sort, and organize resort linens and handle guest dry-cleaning while maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in service, a passion for cleanliness, and flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service industry experience, preferably in housekeeping.
• Passion for cleanliness and organization.
• Flexible schedule with AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move around the laundry area for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to operate heavy laundry machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, press, sort, and organize all resort linens.
• Complete guest dry-cleaning and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laundry work area.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail—every item matters.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and multitask during busy periods.
• Solve problems in a calm, professional manner.
