FAENA Movement Spa Receptionists are responsible for maximizing revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management and sales. As the first point of contact for the spa this role ensures outstanding five-star guest relations, by delivering all hotel standards at Spa Reception.

Supports all departments in the spa and maintains the highest level of service, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Spa reception or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize spa revenue via scheduling, yield management and cross-sales.
• Deliver five-star guest relations and uphold brand standards.
• Manage billing procedures and reconcile funds daily.
• Record guest preferences and update profiles accurately.
• Coordinate spa tours and act as brand ambassador.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
