Qualifications

• Spa receptionist role requiring excellent guest relations and ability to maximize revenue through scheduling and upselling.
• Knowledge of spa products and services is a plus.
• Strong communication and billing procedures experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue of spa treatments and programs through scheduling and cross-sales.
• Maintain high standard of guest service and effective guest interactions at reception.
• Describe benefits and prices of treatments to guests and upsell promotions.
• Handle billing procedures and reconcile funds at end of shift and day.
• Record guest preferences and update profiles for seamless service.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Prepare reception area for shifts and ensure smooth handovers.
