Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Life Spa Coordinator to manage the telephone system, answer calls, schedule appointments, and guide guests through Life Spa products and services.

The role supports the Department Head with routine office tasks and ensures a cheerful, helpful guest experience. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service experience, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet internal callers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and convert LifeSpa questions into bookings.
• Explain Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assist with choosing options.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outbound calls to confirm appointments and related follow-ups.
• Follow safety procedures and use safety devices as required.
