Job summary

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Spa Reception Agent for a part-time, on-site role. You will manage check-ins/outs, bookings, payments, and assist guests with spa reservations and recommendations.

This position emphasizes guest service, attentiveness, and ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment. Benefits include parking and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience is helpful.
• Office/clerical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate computer literacy and organizational skills.
• Clear communication with clients and colleagues; bilingual is a plus.
• Typing, proofreading, filing and calendar management skills.
• Hours: 9am–7pm, 3–4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties; check guests in/out using Book4.
• Collect payments and monitor spa bookings.
• Provide spa reservations for packages or treatments.
• Make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked shelving in the spa reception area.

Summary

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include opening and closing duties, utilizing the Book4 platform to check guests in and out, collecting payment, monitoring bookings, ensure cleanliness and shelving is stocked. As a Spa Reception Agent you will be responsible for spa reservations, whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.

This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience. If you have spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa, we'd love to hear from you!

• Customer service, front desk, phone answering, or phone reception experience is helpful.
• Office experience, clerical experience, administrative experience, or personal assistant experience is preferred; related skills are welcome.
• Demonstrate computer literacy, general computer skills, organizational skills, and time management.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Bring strong typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management skills, along with a professional, service-focused approach.
• Hours are 9am-7pm 3-4 days a week.
