Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or spa management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture.
• Motivate team members to delight guests while upholding Burke Williams standards for performance and dress code.
• Monitor team performance through training and feedback; identify training needs and provide coaching.
• Actively listen to team members' and guests' feedback, resolving conflicts in a mutually beneficial way.
• Recognize and reward high performance for individuals and teams.
• Encourage creativity, innovation, and team camaraderie.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash reconciliation, balancing schedules, and more.
• Ensure Burke Williams standards are met in every aspect of the spa.
• Inspire the team to create memorable experiences for guests.
