Job summary

Burke Williams Day Spas, Inc. in Hollywood, CA, seeks a Manager on Duty to lead a high-performing team and ensure guest-centered service.

You will coach staff, maintain safety and spa standards, manage openings and closings, and drive day-to-day operations while upholding Burke Williams values and brand experience. This part-time role rewards proactive problem solving, active listening, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or spa management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and uphold service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture


• Motivate team members to transform their guests' days, while holding them accountable to Burke Williams standards for performance, dress code, and more


• Monitor team performance through training and feedback; identify training needs and provide coaching where needed

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility is running in a safe and efficient manner including opening/closing, cash reconciliation, balancing schedules, and more
