Hand & Stone - Cedar Hill is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead day-to-day spa operations and a cohesive team. The role focuses on guest experience, staff development, and achievement of service and sales goals in a wellness environment.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience in spa, med spa, salon, or wellness settings and is dependable, organized, and solutions-focused. This position is full-time and in-person at our Cedar Hill spa.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising in spa, wellness, or related settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication; bilingual/multilingual a plus.
• Familiar with retail math, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Experience in training and staff orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day spa operations for a seamless guest experience.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff; oversee scheduling and orientation.
• Lead recruiting and interviewing to build a strong team.
• Maintain inventory and manage purchasing for supplies.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote services and sales.
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness compliance.
