You will need a Maryland massage license and CPR certification, with flexibility to work varying shifts. The role includes ongoing trainings, strong guest communication, and team collaboration in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Maryland state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by Maryland.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state or local level.
• Flexibility with work schedule; extended hours and variable shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage and body services that meet the Live! Spa standards and guest expectations.
• Customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and workspaces.
• Assess contraindications and ensure safe service delivery.
• Maintain focused guest care and clear communication throughout the service.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings; report incidents as needed.
• Adhere to spa and hotel policies; perform assigned side work.
