Job summary

Evans Hotels in La Jolla celebrates a leadership-driven spa environment. The Assistant Spa Manager will assist the Spa Director in maintaining luxury standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction while guiding the spa team to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires a two-year degree and at least two years in spa operations, with strong scheduling, training, and guest-relations skills. Eligible candidates will work full-time at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and join a property focused on

Qualifications

Two-year associate degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years related experience and/or training.
Hotel or spa operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized guest and member service by responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
Train and supervise the spa staff on policies, standards, and procedures.
Assist the Spa leadership team with scheduling, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing associates.
Manage the spa reservation system to maximize scheduling efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
