Job summary

Rush Creek Lodge at Yosemite National Park seeks an engaging Assistant Spa Manager to deliver welcoming, professional guest experiences. You will lead the Wellness Spa team, oversee scheduling, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the spa environment.

The ideal candidate brings wellness passion, strong guest service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude in a remote, nature-filled setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Minimum one year prior work experience at spa reception or other customer service leadership; hospitality preferred.
• Experience living/working in rural/remote environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly provide and ensure our spa team provides exceptional, caring hospitality.
• Assist guests with check-ins for spa appointments.
• Finalize payments for Spa services.
• Train staff in Wellness Spa procedures, products, services, and programs.
• Navigate through staff and guest issues/conflict; oversee scheduling to maximize guest usage.
