Qualifications

• Previous spa, resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor for a luxury environment.
• Ability to handle confidential guest and employee information with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using reservation, POS, scheduling, and computer systems.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager with daily operation of the spa and ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Serve as a visible leader for members, guests, and spa associates.
• Welcome and assist members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, concerns, and service recovery situations.
• Monitor daily appointments, treatment rooms, staffing, and operational flow.
• Assist the spa front desk with reservations, check-in/out, inquiries, and retail transactions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, organization, and ambiance.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless member and guest experiences.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Spa Coordinators, therapists, and other spa staff.
• Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of spa associates.
• Reinforce service standards, policies, procedures, and Core Values.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining employee schedules.
