Qualifications

• Current esthetician license or certification as required by state and local regulations.
• Experience in a spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare techniques and facial treatment protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to create a calm, professional environment for guests.
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials and skin analysis.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional guest experience from consultation to service.
• Assess skin concerns and recommend treatments and home-care guidance.
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and equipment.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures per spa standards.
• Document services and guest notes to support personalized care.
• Promote spa products and services to guests.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay current on skincare trends and product knowledge.
• Uphold professional appearance and service excellence.
