Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee spa operations, hire and train staff, and ensure delivery of Four Diamond service standards.

You will supervise spa providers, attendants and the front desk, coordinate with other departments, and help drive marketing and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year certificate from college or technical school required; at least three years’ experience within a spa environment or Four Diamond property; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong reading, analysis, and written communication skills for reports and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, review treatments and make recommendations related to treatments or retail.
• Supervise day-to-day activities for pool attendants and ensure supervisor presence during peak season.
• Participate in spa marketing/promotion activities and implementation.
• Assist in conducting performance reviews, rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Support and implement projects to improve services, marketing, retail, guest experience, and volume.
• Fully cover spa front desk when needed and train desk staff.
• Maintain inventory controls and enforce SOPs and handbook guidelines on the floor.
• Attend meetings and lead staff communications as needed.
