Job summary

The Spa Supervisor at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula oversees spa operations, hires and trains providers and attendants, and supervises the Spa front desk to ensure the highest level of guest service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year college/technical certificate required.
• At least three years of spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, review treatments and recommend services.
• Supervise pool attendants and ensure supervisor presence during peak season.
• Oversee spa marketing and promotions.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
• Assist in implementing projects to improve services and volume.
• Cover the spa front desk when needed.
• Train desk staff and maintain inventory controls and SOP adherence.
• Communicate with therapists and enforce SOPs and handbook guidelines.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure effective communication.
