Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English and empathetic, authentic communication skills in a high touch environment.
• Prior guest service experience desired.
• Strong computer skills or familiarity with guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates in a warm, welcoming manner.
• Reserve requested services and classes; modify reservations as needed.
• Provide information, answer calls, and maintain confidentiality of guest data.
• Proactively communicate between departments to support guest needs.
• Maintain Spa Suites and Back-of-House areas in good condition and ready for use.
• Check-in and check-out guests, send confirmations, and note guest preferences.
