Job description

Summary

Provides operational and guest support for the spa in New York. Maintains treatment rooms and back-of-house areas in a clean, tidy, and sanitary condition while ensuring linens and supplies are stocked. Assists therapists with treatment setup and takedown and attends to guest needs with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of all spa areas in accordance with standards.
• Ensure adequate stock of linens, supplies, and amenities; inform management when inventory is low.
• Assist therapists with setting up and taking down treatments and prepare treatment rooms.
• Attend to guest needs and demonstrate high levels of professionalism and guest courtesy.
• Communicate guest experience details and report equipment issues to management; assist in all areas of spa operations as requested.

Requirements

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to follow spa operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on guest needs.
• Team player with a professional service-oriented attitude.
