Qualifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Must possess licenses for local/state regulations.
• At least 1 year experience as Nail Technician, preferably in hotel/resort.
• Extensive knowledge of manicure and pedicure methods and products.
• Experience providing hand and foot massages.
• Professionalism when working with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate log book and schedule to ensure spa guests are serviced timely.
• Ensure all equipment and products are maintained and used properly.
• Provide professional nail services, including acrylics, fills, manicures, pedicures, nail repairs.
• Provide hand and foot massages.
• Utilize and market all retail products to guests.
• Follow protocols with skill and adhere to local/state regulations.
• Project an image of friendliness, professionalism and personalized service.
• Set up, operate, clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Maintain adequate supplies of nail and massage products, including polishes.
• Adhere to the company's lost and found policies and procedures.
• Follow procedures for hotel safety or emergency situations.
