They promote and sell service upgrades and retail products for a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year of experience delivering the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Experience working in a spa resort is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality nail services to include manicures, polish changes, and other product application.
• Prior to beginning services, provides professional consultation to fully understand guests needs/desired results.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and work area to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the service.
• Promotes other spa services and retail products to maximize the guest’s experience.
• Adheres to all confidentiality and proprietary standards as outlined in company and departmental guidelines.
• Ensures personal appearance and uniform reflect the professional standards outlined in company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Attends all required training activities (both live and computer-based) and incorporates information learned into daily work activities.
• Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.
