Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC in High Point, NC is recruiting Sales Associates to join Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership sales, and building genuine client connections to create memorable spa experiences.

The role requires a motivated, responsible individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Expect a dynamic schedule including weekends, with base pay plus uncapped commissions based on membership

• Proven history of delivering exceptional customer service in prior roles.
• Ability to meet membership sales goals and maintain product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals and performance targets.
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Respond to phone calls, set appointments, greet clients and manage memberships.
• Promote sales, promotions, and spa events to drive revenue.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
