Role involves answering phones, setting appointments, and achieving performance-based targets with an uncapped commission structure. Flexible weekend/evening hours are available in a fast-growing spa group.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance-based targets (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales)
• Educate clients on service menu and enhancements
• Provide excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greeting clients, and membership sales/management
• Promote sales, promotions and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
