FGG Spa, LLC (Hand & Stone Apex) is seeking Sales Associates to join our team in Apex, NC. You will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on our services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, appointments, and in-person interactions.

The role emphasizes recruiting customers for memberships, promoting promotions and events, and maintaining spa cleanliness. Weekend and varied daytime/evening/holiday hours are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals and contribute to the spa's targets.
• Achieve performance-based goals such as membership conversions and service bookings.
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and selling memberships.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events; uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
