Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC located in Newark, DE is seeking Sales Associates to join our team. In this role you will meet membership sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone and in-person interactions.

You will maintain knowledge of our service menu, promote promotions, and contribute to a welcoming spa environment. The position features a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible weekend/evening/holiday shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet membership sales goals and work toward performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits and enhancements
• Provide excellent customer experiences through phone calls, appointments, and in-person interactions
• Promote sales, promotions, and events with enthusiasm
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform various other duties as assigned
