You will help guests feel welcome and secure membership sales to support the spa's growth.

Our franchise emphasizes people-first culture, sales coaching and development opportunities. The role includes a flexible schedule with weekend/hours and a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission

• Ideal candidate is responsible, driven with excellent communication, positive attitude and winning personality.
• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Successfully achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership and company.
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointments, greeting clients and membership sales/management.
• Promote sales, promotions and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
