Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership sales, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional client service. The role interfaces with massage therapists and estheticians to optimize the booking flow and promote spa services.

You will greet clients, guide them through service options, and maintain a welcoming environment while handling daily tasks and promotions. A positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with proven results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Communicate promotions and service options to clients.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and balance the daily calendar.
• Greet and check-in/out clients before/after their appointment.
• Upsell services and gift cards to clients.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist team.
