Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Southern Pines is seeking Sales Associates to join our team. You will drive membership sales, greet clients, answer phones, set appointments, and deliver an exceptional guest experience with a personable, results-oriented approach.

You will work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings with flexible availability, and you can boost your earnings through our base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients and handling membership sales.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
