Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking energetic Lifestyle Consultants in Henderson, NV to elevate the guest experience and drive memberships and product sales. You will engage guests, recommend services, and close sales with a friendly, upbeat approach.

This role offers commission/bonus and flexible part-time hours in a wellness-focused environment. As a key team member, you’ll help guests select the right services and times, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to a positive, high-energy store

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with closing capabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort using POS and CRM tools in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• SELL OUR MEMBERSHIPS, GIFT CARDS, AND DERMALOGICA! — memberships to first-timers + upgrades for returning members and gift cards and retail products.
• Make every guest feel welcome (in person + over the phone). They need to know how happy we are that they have chosen us.
• Help guests schedule an elevated service with the right therapist
• Consistently crush your sales goals (and celebrate when you do!)

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience — you are energized by guests trusting your recommendations and closing sales! …and aren’t shy about it.
• A bold, outgoing personality that makes guests feel at home
• Strong software skills (you know your way around fast-paced systems)
• A passion for amazing service + clear communication
• Availability for varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)
