Qualifications

• For massage, a current state license is required and must be in good standing.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments per service standards and certifications.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and local area.
• Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations.
• Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, service-focused manner.
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and service areas per spa standards.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
