Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality seeks a Nail Technician to perform professional nail, hand and foot treatments. You will train with spa protocols, maintain cleanliness, and provide courteous guest service in a casino spa setting.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, 21+, and a Cosmetology or Nail Technician license for AL/FL/MS, plus prior spa/salon experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and to complete GED within six months.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Cosmetology License or Nail Technician License from Alabama, Florida, or Mississippi required.
• Previous spa or salon experience preferred.
• Able to handle guest auditions and maintain professional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail, hand, and foot treatments per spa protocols.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously for their scheduled services.
• Uphold sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards per law and spa policy.
• Explain treatments, packages, contraindications, and promotions to guests.
• Promote home care products and meet retail sales goals.
• Assist in all spa areas and support training when needed.
