Job description

• Responsible for successfully performing professional services of body massages and body treatments to meet the expectations of each guest.

• Perform guest consultation and post treatment recommendations with the ability to educate guests on products and home regimens.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Conduct inventory and maintain appropriate par levels of supplies.

• Responsible for assisting with phone sales, facility tours, service scheduling, and other Spa duties as necessary.

• Must demonstrate excellent time management skills and a fun, energetic, courteous, and professional demeanor.

• Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.

• Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.

• Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.

• Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.

• Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.

• Must possess an active Iowa state Massage Therapist certification and be in good standing.

• Accurately perform professional body massages as well as body treatments with an exceptionally high-level of success.

• Must have a strong knowledge of numerous massage techniques.
