Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

We offer compensation of $25-$28 per hour with bonuses up to $10k/year, one-week PTO, two weeks paid vacation after year two, and 30% retail discount. Opportunities across 500+ locations in the U.S. and a flexible schedule are available.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Flexible schedule – may include nights and a weekend day.
• Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the spa team to educate and delight clients; drive membership conversions.
• Drive revenue through scheduling, marketing, and service upgrades.
• Recruit and retain a team of spa professionals.
• Measure operations and deliver a consistently excellent client experience.
